MS Vision's Silver Service Plan offers a guaranteed response time for corrective visits in addition to a preventative maintenance visit. The PM visit is designed to optimize your instrument performance based upon a well defined test and cleaning activity, documented on detailed reports. Our experienced and motivated service engineers will follow protocols in compliance with O.E.M. standards.
